Scott L. Soelberg, JD, LL.M

Scott Soelberg has been a practicing attorney since 1983, specializing in estate, business, tax and charitable planning for individuals and businesses nationwide, all with an emphasis on asset protection.

He was a partner with Jay W. Mitton for 13 years, and continues to serve as Mr. Mitton's personal attorney. His clients include sports and movie celebrities, Fortune 500 executives, business owners, medical professionals and other high net worth individuals. His experience and in-depth, working knowledge of asset protection tools and strategies, combined with his creativity in applying these strategies to complex and challenging estates and situations, has created a large demand for his services as a speaker, author, educator, counselor and practitioner. He has personally created hundreds of asset protection plans for estates of all sizes.
